thanks for another great post! What’s the opening of the drinking window?

Thanks, I think it is enjoyable as it is, sure it can also be 2022-2028, but nothing will be lost with it now

Thanks!

Sadly, that life is going to be gone for at least a year or two. However, thankfully, we can enjoy the fruits of their labor

Any thoughts on the Terra Di Seta Special Reserve Chianti Classico 2015?
-
Do you mean the 2015 Assai Gran Selezioane? In that case, look one post ago, it is there. If you mean the reserva, it is also earlier this year.

I don’t see the 2015 reserva earlier in the year. Sorry, maybe I am just not finding it.

It is Riserva (with an i), late 2019:

Didn’t see the 2015 reserva earlier in year, I think it was another vintage. Not sure it matters, but thoughts? Also is the 2018 classico better than previous year’s Reserva?

Hi, I’m a big fan of Terra di Seta wines, thanks to you! I’ve recently tasted 2 bottles of the 2018 Chianti Classico, and both had a subtle fizz. The aroma and flavor were just fine. Possibly a secondary fermentation? Have you come across something like this with these bottles, or did I just get some outliers?
-
I did not have this issue at all but other have told me they had the issue. It should blow off quickly if you leave the bottle open for a few minutes
-
Thanks!
